Custom Websites & E-commerce

A site built from scratch around how you actually sell — and built so the agent plugs straight into it.

Why this costs you money

A template is a decision somebody else made about your business. It was designed for an average of a thousand companies, which means it fits none of them, and it commits you to their idea of what matters on the page.

Page builders make that worse in a way you can measure. They ship the weight of every feature you did not use, and on a phone on a real network that is the difference between a visitor reading your offer and a visitor leaving before they see it.

And almost none of it is built to be part of a system. A site that cannot hand a lead straight to something that calls them is a brochure with a contact form stapled on.

How it works

  1. 01

We work out how leads actually reach you

Where they come from, where they go cold, and what a booked meeting is worth. That decides what gets built, in what order, and what can wait.

  2. 02

Designed and coded for your offer

No theme, no builder, no blocks you have to arrange around. The page says what you sell in the order it needs saying, and nothing is on it because a template had a slot.

  3. 03

Built to be fast where it counts

Measured on a throttled phone rather than a developer's laptop, because that is the device deciding whether your site gets read.

  4. 04

Wired to the rest of the system

Forms that hand a lead to the agent, a storefront wired to real payments, and structure the voice services drop into without a rebuild.

What you get

  • Design and front-end built for your business specifically, not adapted from a theme
  • Performance treated as a requirement and measured, not asserted
  • E-commerce with real payments where you sell online
  • An admin for the parts you need to change yourself — pricing, work, posts
  • Structured data, metadata and a sitemap done properly at build rather than bolted on later
  • Built so the voice agent connects to it without the site being rebuilt around it

Who it’s for

A good fit if

  • Businesses whose current site was made from a template and now looks like everyone else's
  • Anyone selling something specific enough that the page has to explain it properly
  • Businesses planning to add the voice agent, where the two working as one system is the entire point

Probably not if

  • Anyone who needs a five-page brochure site as cheaply as possible — a template genuinely is the right answer for that and we will say so
  • Projects wanting a builder handed over so a non-developer can restructure pages later, which is a different product with different trade-offs

Questions

How long does a build take?
Weeks rather than months for most projects. You see working software as it lands rather than a slide deck describing it, so the timeline is something you watch rather than something you are told about.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
The parts that change get an admin — pricing, portfolio, posts, contact details. The parts that do not change are code, which is why the site stays fast.
Do I have to take the voice agent too?
No. The site is built ready for it because that costs nothing at build time and a retrofit does not, but plenty of clients start with the site alone.
Who owns the code?
You do. It is a codebase you can take to any developer — not a licence to a platform that stops working the month you stop paying.
What about hosting and maintenance?
Both can be arranged or handed to whoever you already use. Nothing in the build ties you to us specifically, which is deliberate.
