When a plan's minutes are used up or the plan ends, phone calls and website conversations pause until a top-up or a new plan is confirmed. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. We do not add VAT: business customers in Ireland, the rest of the EU and the UK account for any VAT due themselves (reverse charge). Unused minutes do not carry over to the next plan. "About" assumes a call of two and a half minutes; yours may be shorter or longer.
Will it sound like a robot?
It speaks naturally, keeps up if someone interrupts and answers in short, clear sentences. The quickest way to judge is to talk to it yourself above.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. It says it is an AI assistant when it answers. Most callers just want their question answered or their appointment booked.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your receptionist: every call, or only the ones your team doesn't pick up.
Can it answer only when we're busy or closed?
Yes. Many businesses use it for evenings, weekends and lunchtimes, or whenever the line is busy.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so, takes the caller's details and what they need, and it's all in your call log so you can call them back.
What languages does it speak?
We set it up in the languages your callers use — English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Mandarin and many more.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee, then a plan every 30 days that includes your talk time. The prices are on this page, under Pricing, in US dollars and excluding VAT.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. We do not add VAT: business customers in Ireland, the rest of the EU and the UK account for any VAT due themselves under the reverse charge. Your accountant will know how.
